About REAP Benefits

The Real Estate Advantage Program (REAP) is a nationwide program that provides high quality, professional real estate assistance along with cash rebate incentives every time you buy or sell a home. The ability to pay a cash rebate may be modified by law or prohibited in some states, yet you are still eligible to receive professional real estate services from a qualified agent.

Once you have registered, you will be assigned a counselor to be your key point of contact that will identify your needs and match you with an experienced real estate professional from your area. The selected REALTOR® will touch base with you within 1 business day. Within 30 days after closing with the recommended REALTOR®, you will receive a cash rebate in the mail. Our goal is your satisfaction, so if at any time you are dissatisfied with the recommended REALTOR®, call us to assign you to someone new so that you remain eligible for the cash rebate.
