Who’s Eligible

To receive cash rebates you must either sell a home and/or purchase a home (non-commercial residential property) with the counselor-assigned REALTOR®. You must follow these guidelines to be eligible to receive a cash rebate:

A. Register with a Real Estate Advantage counselor before you contact any real estate agent at 1-866-791-6079 or via email at jrsells@cbburnet.com.

B. View homes and purchase only with the agent referred to you by your Real Estate Advantage counselor.

C. If selling, list your home only with the agent referred to you by your Real Estate Advantage counselor.

D. Close on the property with the agent referred to you by your Real Estate Advantage counselor.

E. The cash rebate will be paid to you by the Real Estate Advantage program within 30 days after the closing (dollars cannot be refunded to anyone other than a principle in the real estate transaction).

Note: The ability to pay a cash rebate may be modified by state law or prohibited in some states. These rebates are NOT available to employees under a regular relocation plan where the company is paying relocation benefits.
