Why YOU should consider becoming a partner of the REAP:
The Real Estate Advantage Program (REAP) is a nationwide partnership program
designed to enhance your position with your employees/members and to complement
existing benefits. Employees/members would be eligible to receive significant
cash rebates on the purchase or sale of their home all
at no cost or administration on the part of your staff. It is designed to assist employees/members with
personal moves, and is not available under a regular relocation plan where
the company is paying relocation benefits.
The REAP will provide you with ongoing support to promote and market this
program and provide free seminars to your employees/members. A counselor,
your employee’s/member’s key point of contact, will be assigned
to assess their needs and match them with a qualified real estate professional.
In addition, the counselor will monitor and document the progress throughout
the transaction and assist the employee/member with any relocation related
needs.
The REAP is a voluntary benefit offered to your employees/members, and
speaking with a REAP counselor does not obligate them to use the
program.
Attention Credit Unions: We will function as a team with your mortgage
department referring your members back to you for mortgage assistance.
